01 What is the typical response time?
We reply to all RFQs within 12 business hours (Mon-Sat). For urgent orders, WhatsApp gets fastest response.
02 What quality documentation do you provide?
Phytosanitary certificates, inspection reports and moisture test results for every export shipment. SC food production license available on request.
03 What are your shipping options?
Air freight (5-10 days) and sea freight (20-35 days). Products are vacuum-packed in food-grade bags and sturdy export cartons. We handle all export documentation.
04 What payment methods do you accept?
Bank Transfer (T/T) and Letter of Credit (L/C at sight) for export orders. Typical terms: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance against B/L copy. PayPal and Wise available for sample orders.
