Product Description
We supply premium flower shiitake mushrooms (Grade A export quality) selected from high-grade cultivation bases in China.
Flower shiitake mushrooms are known for their naturally cracked surface patterns (“flowering”) caused by temperature differences during drying. This unique appearance is a sign of high quality, rich aroma, and superior texture.
Compared with standard dried shiitake mushrooms, flower shiitake mushrooms are thicker, more visually attractive, and have a stronger umami flavor, making them highly valued in premium food markets.
As a professional flower shiitake mushrooms supplier, we provide stable bulk export supply for wholesalers, importers, and high-end food brands worldwide.
